What score means we are ready? There is no pass mark, but any clause where you cannot point to a record, an owner, and a recent date is a likely audit finding. Clause 9 (internal audit and management review) and clause 10 (corrective action) are the two areas registrars most often write findings against, because they are the last things a busy shop builds.
