The two co-founders below are responsible for the guidance published on the site, and each article carries the name of the author accountable for it.
Quality management is a field where bad advice is expensive. A missed clause requirement, a records trail that cannot be reconstructed, or a supplier approval that was never documented all surface at the worst possible moment, which is during a certification or customer audit. That is why every article here is attributed to a named person with auditing or engineering accountability for it, rather than published anonymously.

Onega Ulanova is a quality management systems strategist with two decades of experience implementing standards, auditing manufacturers and guiding organizations through certification. She is the CEO and co-founder of QMS2GO, the audit-ready quality management system for ISO 9001:2015 manufacturers. Her work is grounded in a specific question: not only how to implement a standard, but why the requirement exists in the first place.
That foundation is academic as well as practical. Onega holds a Bachelor of Science in Standardization, Metrology and Certification, where she studied how standards and specifications are developed, the discipline of metrology, and the role certification plays in trade and supply chains. She applied it early, building quality management systems at a software company and at a silica processing plant before immigrating to the United States. She then earned a Master of Science in Engineering and Technology Management from Louisiana Tech University, concentrating on industrial engineering and operations management, which gave her the analytical grounding to turn QMS theory into measurable business results.

Konstantin Dolgan, Ph.D., is the CTO and co-founder of QMS2GO, the audit-ready quality management system for ISO 9001:2015 manufacturers. He is a product development engineer by training and by trade, and he approaches quality management the way he approaches any hard engineering problem: as a system with inputs, constraints, failure modes and evidence that it works.
His introduction to quality management was not a consulting engagement. It was a job. As an R&D mechanical and hydraulic engineer at DXP Enterprises, he designed and optimized API 610 centrifugal pumps for oil and gas service, running computational fluid dynamics and finite element analysis on vibration, structural stress and fatigue, and authoring the engineering reports and internal standards behind those designs. That work happened inside a certified quality management system, which means he lived the parts of ISO 9001 that engineers actually feel: design inputs and outputs, design review and verification, controlled drawings and revisions, material traceability, nonconforming product, and the discipline of proving with records that the pump you shipped is the pump you designed. He has been on the receiving end of a quality system rather than only writing procedures for one, and that shapes how QMS2GO treats the shop floor.
Articles cite ISO 9001:2015 clause text verbatim rather than paraphrasing it, and describe what registrars and customer auditors actually ask to see. QMS2GO does not issue certificates, because certification is granted by accredited certification bodies after a successful audit. Where an article describes a QMS2GO feature, it says so plainly, so readers can separate standard requirements from product capability.
Guidance is drawn from three sources: the text of the standard itself, audits our authors have personally conducted or been audited against, and implementation work with manufacturers, distributors and quality consultants. Where a practice is a convention rather than a requirement, the article says so, so readers never build a system around something the standard does not ask for.
Published articles are reviewed when the underlying standard, certification practice or product behavior changes. Corrections are made in place rather than by republishing under a new URL, so links shared inside a quality team keep working.
