The Terms of Service is the master agreement for every QMS2GO subscription. The EULA governs how the software itself may be used, the SLA sets uptime and support expectations, and the Refund Policy explains how fees, trials, and discretionary credits work. Enterprise buyers who need a signed order form, security review, or redlines start from the Enterprise Order Form and the Security Addendum. Where a document conflicts with a negotiated enterprise agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Customer quality records — procedures, audit findings, corrective actions, supplier evaluations, training records — belong to the customer. The Privacy Policy explains what personal data QMS2GO collects and why, the Data Processing Addendum covers GDPR and CCPA processor obligations including sub-processors and international transfers, and the Cookie Policy lists the analytics and advertising tags used on this marketing site. Data is exportable at any time in PDF and CSV form so a customer is never locked in.
The Information Security Policy and Security Addendum describe access control, tenant isolation, encryption, logging, and incident response. The Vulnerability Disclosure Policy tells researchers how to report an issue safely. Because QMS2GO uses AI to draft procedures and analyze quality data, the AI Transparency Policy sets out where models are applied, what data they see, and the human review and approval step that must occur before any AI-drafted document becomes a controlled record under ISO 9001 §7.5.
Certification bodies and customer auditors frequently request evidence of supplier controls over a software vendor. This index is the single place to collect the applicable policies, and each document carries a last-updated date so you can record the version reviewed. Documents are updated as the platform and applicable regulations change; material changes are communicated to active customers.
