QMS2GO does not pay for reviews, does not trade discounts or contract terms for a rating, and does not screen customers before inviting them. Every review is written, verified and published by the platform hosting it — QMS2GO cannot edit or remove one. Critical feedback is treated the same way as any other nonconformity in the system: logged, assigned an owner and worked to closure.
